  They sent me a flyer in the mail and I replied over the phone. The sales rep then asked if he could check and see if I could get in a new Buick. I gave him permission to only check and not send my credit out as I knew it would lower my score he said that he understood and he would only send it out and it made lower my score 122 points. He never called me back as he said he would in two minutes. I called the dealership back and they continue to say that they could not hear me. Everyone else I called that they can hear me very clearly. Long story short they never called me back they have for customer service and I went to get a car today and found out that my credit score has dropped 95 points because Bill Smith Buick set my credit to just about everybody in and around the u.s. thanks a lot will never speak to them or do anything with them do not go to them.
